Associate Consultant

Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Consultant to join our team immediately. As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing data, writing reports, and working as part of a team to deliver projects for our clients worldwide. You’ll be supervised by a Senior Consultant and you will have the opportunity to learn from the team and share your own knowledge and ideas.

Resource Planner and Office Manager
Are you someone who brings structure, clarity, and reliable coordination, and do you enjoy keeping projects and people moving in the right direction? Asc Academics is looking for a Resource Planner / Office Manager who ensures that our teams always have what they need to deliver excellent projects for clients. You will play an important role in allocating teams based on availability and skills, reviewing project plans, aligning schedules, and in supporting tasks, such as project administration and office operations, enabling colleagues to focus on high-quality consulting work.
Your responsibilities as a Resource Planner
You prepare project plans based on potential projects, including timelines, resources, and task allocation.
You maintain accurate information in systems and ensure all data is up to date.
You gather input from teams and refine planning processes to keep them improving.
You check that the project information is complete and consistent.
You monitor and help solve scheduling constraints.
You prepare project leads for the pipeline projects.
You help standardise templates, processes, and checklists that improve project management.
Your responsibilities as an Office Manager
You oversee the day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and inspirational workplace.
You manage groceries, office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships (including merchandise and other branded materials).
You manage the booking of trips and travel arrangements for colleagues and clients.
You act as the first point of contact for all office-related questions.
You support Business Development, HR, and Finance with administrative tasks, including organizing internal and external events and managing contracts and documentation.
You maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming office environment, for example by ensuring supplies are stocked and safety protocols are followed.
You ensure a celebratory culture, for example by timely organisation of birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
You collaborate with our Graphic Designer to initiate and execute projects that make the office even more inspiring and creative.
You are primarily responsible for both our Groningen and Utrecht offices, with Groningen as your base. Wherever possible, you will manage Utrecht-related matters remotely, though occasional travel to Utrecht may be required.
