Evidence synthesis
In a setting of growing scientific literature and a fast-moving industry, we understand the need to synthesize data. We generate new insights and summarize key clinical and economic evidence by performing detailed and thorough systematic literature reviews. We also perform custom-made targeted literature reviews to uncover market opportunities and find answers to critical clinical and economic questions. We understand the need of our customers to synthesize and compare clinical data in support of HTA submissions. We excel in performing several types of meta-analyses, from the pairwise comparison to network meta-analyses (NMAs) and matching adjusted indirect comparisons (MAICs). We support you in choosing the analysis suitable for the research question in order to draw clear and insightful conclusions that will inform decision-makers and patients.
Economic modelling
We truly excel in developing core models for reimbursement purposes, or simpler models for internal discussions. We have built, adapted or reviewed numerous economic models for many different countries, and continue to broaden our horizons. Over the years, our team has modelled a variety of diseases, all requiring different modelling approaches, from prevention to chronic diseases, cell- and gene therapies, vaccines, and many types of cancer. Our understanding of various methods makes us a valuable partner. Specialists can draft model specification documents, and drive internal discussions, or external discussions with key opinion leaders. In addition, we have an extensive track record in network meta-analyses, matching-adjusted indirect comparisons, patient-level data analyses and survival analyses. We are happy to explain and train stakeholders in modelling, from die-hard health economists to less technical colleagues.
